Refund Policy

We do not offer cash or card refunds. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit or an exchange for another item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• Have all original tags attached and be in original packaging

Non-returnable items:

• Sale or discounted items (final sale)
• Digital products or gift cards
• Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase

How to start a return: Contact us at sumtimessad@gmail.com within the return window and we'll guide you through the process. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue store credit or arrange an exchange.
